These terms cover ilhankaymak.com and the first-party customer-support application used by KAiMAK Hair Studio for its own Instagram professional accounts.
The website provides professional, education, collaboration and contact information. The internal support application is used only by authorised KAiMAK Hair Studio staff to view customer messages, prepare reply drafts and respond after human review. It is not a public software service for third-party businesses.
A message, form or AI draft does not by itself confirm an appointment, final price or guaranteed result. An appointment is confirmed only after the salon team verifies date, duration, staff and service availability. Hair services require an individual assessment and outcomes cannot be guaranteed in advance.
You must not use the site or communication channels unlawfully, deceptively, abusively, harmfully or to gain unauthorised access. Attempts to bypass security, access controls or platform restrictions are prohibited.
The site's design, text, images, brand elements and original content belong to their respective rights holders. They may not be commercially reproduced or used misleadingly without written permission.
Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram and other connected services are governed by their providers' terms and availability. Their outages or policy changes may be outside KAiMAK Hair Studio's control.
